Description
Description
The recorded course “In-Sync Child Method” is a comprehensive 8-hour training, inspired by the works of Joye Newman and Carol Kranowitz, authors of the internationally recognized titles Move to Learn and The Out-of-Sync Child. The course offers an in-depth yet accessible introduction to early childhood development through the lens of movement and play.
Participants will:
🔹 Learn about the eight senses and how young children process them
🔹 Become familiar with key terms such as sensory processing, perceptual-motor development, and visual development
🔹 Understand the link between early motor development and children’s physical, emotional, and academic success
🔹 Incorporate In-Sync Child activities into their classroom or therapeutic environment
🔹 Learn how to design their own activities, based on the method’s theory, to provide children with rich sensory experiences
Course Structure
🧠 Lessons #1–#4 explain the foundations of early development: sensory, perceptual-motor, and visual skills
🎲 Lessons #5–#10 focus on the practical application of this knowledge through enjoyable, easy-to-use activities for children
The In-Sync Child Method combines theory with practice to support the holistic development of children through simple yet meaningful experiences. The course is designed for early childhood educators, occupational therapists, special educators, and parents who seek an effective, natural, and creative way to strengthen children’s core developmental skills.
