Our way of thinking has a direct impact on language, information processing and hence conceptual reorganization. Abstract thinking enables meaningful information processing; it relies on the notion of flexibility and fosters interaction between information and pre-existing knowledge. The book ''What do you need?'' proposes activities requiring children to think, make a choice and explain the reasons for this decision.

Its objective is to test children's mental skills, including abstract thinking and logical thinking, and, at the same time, to identify receptive and expressive language deficits.

Writing is a solitary affair, and that's something I enjoy most of the time. Of course, I equally enjoy the company of my young and older students.

I started working as a speech therapist in 2000. Thirteen years later, I wrote the first book. I wanted to share the knowledge and personal experience I have gained over the years. I have not stopped writing since then, and at the same time, I continue to practice my profession. One complements the other. The children show me the way, and I join them in easy and challenging paths.

Très bonne expérience avec les cartes

J'ai utilisé les cartes avec des enfants porteurs d'un handicap intellectuel, pour developper le comportement de comparaison, augmenter les paramètres utilisés, enrichir le vocabulaire, travailler les relations fonctionnelles entre différents objets et développer la pensée analogique. C'est un super instrument, ludique et enrichissant !
