A typical feature of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), social skills deficits can undoubtedly have a negative impact on their behaviour in school and other social settings.

Recent studies have shown that the use of social stories as an intervention tool can positively influence the social engagement of children with ASD. 

Game Instructions

You use the pre-marked board. The game is designed for one or more players. After throwing the dice, each player must use the card that corresponds to the number on which they have landed.

Writing is a solitary affair, and that's something I enjoy most of the time. Of course, I equally enjoy the company of my young and older students.

I started working as a speech therapist in 2000. Thirteen years later, I wrote the first book. I wanted to share the knowledge and personal experience I have gained over the years. I have not stopped writing since then, and at the same time, I continue to practice my profession. One complements the other. The children show me the way, and I join them in easy and challenging paths.

fiches très pratiques pour travailler plusieurs domaines à la fois (attention auditive, habiletés sociales, représentation mentale). Ces petites histoires sont faciles à comprendre par un jeune enfant TSA car les informations sont clairement énoncées sans détails inutiles. Elles sont évocatrices car elles font référence à la vie quotidienne et à des situations dans lesquelles l'enfant a peut-être éprouvé des difficultés. Elles sont courtes : ce qui facilite la capacité d'attention.
