She is an occupational therapist and author specializing in self-regulation as well as sensory and regulatory issues. She has worked in schools, sensory clinics, and medical settings with children, adolescents, and adults who experience sensory processing disorders, autism spectrum disorders (ASD), and ADHD. She is also the author of the award-winning book Self-Regulation Interventions and Strategies: Keeping the Body, Mind and Emotions on Task in Children with Autism, ADHD or Sensory Disorders (PESI, 2014). Her manual Hands-on Activities for Children with Autism & Sensory Disorders was published in April 2016 (PESI).

Κατα τα αλλα το περιεχόμενο στο μεγαλύτερο μερος του αφορα περισσότερο συναδέλφους που ψάχνουν να εξελίξουν τις βασικές τους γνώσεις λιγο παραπάνω στα θέματα που αναφέρονται. Επίσης, βρήκα πολύ θετικό οτι το σεμινάριο είναι κατά βάση πρακτικό κι οχι υπερβολικά θεωρητικό.
